Hong Kong Team

Mr. Harichandra Rai
Managing Director
Practical in-depth working experience and knowledge in security industry and heading construction business sectors for several years in Hong Kong and Nepal. He is a visiting professor at Hong Kong University for Nepali Language and thus he has developed mutual trust between localities. This serves as an asset to upgrade the security needs of the local community thus uplifting company security mechanism.

Mr. David CPP
Operations/ Admin Director
40 plus years of experience in the Brigade of Gurkhas, British Army and private security firms in Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Asia Pacific. A combat soldier in the Brigade of Gurkhas, British Army from 1973 – 1991. In 1991, David was employed with the Royal Military Police (Special Investigation Branch) MOD UK based in Hong Kong. Worked in close liaison with several Hong Kong law enforcement agencies. He possesses comprehensive and practical knowledge and experience in physical security management which entails emergency planning, surveillance/counter surveillance, threat assessment, security systems emergency planning, security survey, risk assessment and contingency planning.

Mr. Ganga Ram Rai
Operations Director
Served in the Brigade of Gurkha and was involved in several military operations which involved counter terrorism. He has an extensive experience spanning from 20 plus years in the private security industry in Hong Kong that includes VIP executive protection, personal bodyguarding, advanced driving, security survey, threat assessment and security cover in CIT logistical operations.

Mr Naresh Sunuwar
Admin/ Deputy Director
Thirty plus years of security experience gained from within the military and private sectors. A specialist in executive, risk and threat assessment as well as high value goods in transit.

Joe Yuen
Senior Operations Manager
Twelve years of experience in the Hong Kong Military Service Corps and Twenty years of management experience in various security companies. A qualified security and dog handler trainer, specialist in executive, operations and policy formulated.

A well versed in building strategic partnerships, maintaining a network of contacts, innovation and marketing new approaches, promoting organizational learning and knowledge sharing, and establishing effective client relationships.

Major Rabin Rai (Retd.)
CEO
Major Rabin Rai (Retd.) is a seasoned military professional with extensive experience in leadership, logistics, training, security management, and strategic affairs. Commissioned from the prestigious Indian Military Academy, he served with distinction in the Nepalese Army and developed a strong reputation for professionalism, discipline, and operational excellence. His military education includes the Logistic Staff Course from the Army School of Logistics, Pakistan, along with specialized courses in Airborne Operations, Jungle Warfare etc. These qualifications provided him with comprehensive expertise in operational planning, resource management, and mission support in diverse and challenging environments. Major Rai holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Military Science from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Garhwal, India and a Postgraduate Diploma in Material Management from Allama Iqbal Open University, Pakistan. He further enhanced his management and financial skills through studies in Financial Management at the Business Studies, Karachi. Also he earned Master’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology from Tribhuvan University. As an instructor of various professional courses in the Nepal Army, he played a significant role in developing future military leaders. Physically and mentally resilient, Major Rai possesses a deep understanding of security apparatus, organizational leadership, strategic planning, and national security, making him a valuable contributor in defense, administration, and security-related fields.

Mr Rajesh Bista
Training & Business Development Director
He has been serving as the Chief Instructor for Executive Protection and unarmed combat for the Nepal Army Ranger Battalion. Well versed in Karate, he was nominated Best Fighter of Asia during the Asian Karate Championship open weight category held in Manila. A 5th Dan black belt in Aikido, he leads our team in the vetting and selecting of worthy candidates.

Mr. K. Gurung
Admin/ Finance Director
Capt K. Gurung has a wide range of knowledge in the field of protection and assessment. He served as an officer in the national army. As an operations officer, he participated in United Nations Mission in conflict torn area Democratic Republic of Congo for 18 months. Back home, he skills himself in Jungle Warfare techniques and is also a marksman in short firing weapons.

Babu Kaji K.C.
Operations Manager
A logical, passionate, and highly motivated security executive, brings an elite foundation built over eight years in the Nepal Army's Special Operations Forces (Ranger Battalion). Serving as a Team Leader in the Spear Squadron, his extensive tactical background includes Ghatak Commando training in India, Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET - Balance Nail) with U.S. Army Special Forces, and an international deployment with the UNAMID Reserve Force in North Sudan. Highly trained in Close Quarters Battle (CQB), Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), marksmanship, and disaster risk management, he has consistently proven his ability to remain adaptable and decisive during high-pressure combat, search and rescue, and crisis response operations. Transitioning his elite operational expertise into the diplomatic and private sectors, he has successfully directed security frameworks for highly sensitive environments across the globe. His leadership portfolio spans managing a Presidential Special Guard force in the UAE, overseeing diplomatic security for UN agencies and embassies, and serving six years as Security Chief for the National Human Rights Commission of Nepal. Uniquely equipped with a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), he seamlessly bridges the gap between tactical risk management and strict legal compliance, designing comprehensive security policies that protect high-value assets while adhering to complex regulatory standards.
